Contact

One address, and a person reads it. There's no contact form here, because the site runs no server to receive one. And a form that quietly fails is worse than no form at all.

What we can help with

Corrections. Spotted a density, formula or figure that looks wrong? This is the most useful mail we get. Tell us the page and what you expected to see. And if you have a supplier spec sheet or a published source to point at, even better.

Suggestions. Missing a calculator you needed, or a material we don't cover yet? Requests genuinely shape what gets built next. And a short note explaining the job you were trying to size is more useful than a one-word request.

Questions about a result. If a number doesn't look right for your project, send the dimensions you entered and what you expected. Every calculator shows its working, so between that and your figures the discrepancy is usually easy to find.

Anything about the site itself. Something broken on your browser, a link going nowhere, a page that will not load, or a question about the privacy policy or terms of use.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell materials. This catches people out, so here it is plainly. Landscaping Calculators is a set of calculators, not a landscaping supplier. We have no gravel, no topsoil and no delivery trucks, and we cannot quote you for a load or tell you what your local yard charges.

We do not recommend contractors. We've no directory, no affiliate deals with installers, and no way to vouch for anyone in your area.

We cannot design your project. Does a retaining wall need engineering? Where should a drain discharge? Will your ground take the load are questions for a professional who can see the site. The disclaimer covers where the calculators stop.

What happens to your email

It gets read and answered, and that's the end of it. You're not added to a mailing list. There's no newsletter. Your address goes to nobody. There's nothing to unsubscribe from because there is nothing to subscribe to.

Mail is kept only as long as it takes to deal with. Send project details to explain a question and they go no further than the reply. The privacy policy sets out how the rest of the site handles data, which is by not collecting any.
